Motivation and Support: Myself, my husband, and my family and friends. Watching and hearing about others on their own journeys to getting healthier and stronger give me great encouragement.
Ok, I am back and ready to control myself with great determination. We just went on a much needed and enjoyable vacation last week, and I did just that enjoyed my vacation. Although I did not exercise much really. I did workout in fitness room a couple times. My 14 year old is always up to working out so we did that together in our Resort. And as for my eating while there, I did not stick to my carb counting but controlled my eating with moderate and acceptable portions. I may have disappointed myself a couple time, but I did well!!
This journey to a better and more fit me definitely gained my self pride and confidence back!! I proudly wore summer dressses (which before this summer cannot tell you last time I wore a dress) and bikinis all week while on vacation!!

Still people are reaching out to me. This is such a wonderful feeling for people to reach out and acknowledge my accomplishments. Thank you to each and everyone of you!! You are right this is not easy but I am the only one that can make this change happen.

And to those of you I am reaching and you are messaging for help in your journeys, or to get started!! Thank you to you as well!! Although no one journey is the same we can help each other try to reach our goals with trying new things!! You all are amazing and can do it too!! :)
Never compete with anyone but yourself. I want to better myself then the person I was yesterday and or last year, that is who I am challenging and competing with!!I will do this, I can do this, and so can you!! :)
